Through this process, you can learn to trust your own ability to heal and care for yourself. I see the therapeutic relationship itself as a vital part of that healing.

Background
I’m a licensed associate independent clinical social worker with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Simmons University. My path to therapy began through community work, organizing shared meals for survivors of domestic abuse and their families. Later, as a chef and culinary instructor, I found meaning in mentoring and connecting through food. That experience inspired my calling to clinical therapy as a healer and collaborative guide.
Outside the Office
I am a mother, daughter, friend, and partner, all roles that continually teach me what it means to be human and to care deeply. I find healing and perspective in the wisdom of the natural world and the vast beauty that surrounds us. When life feels heavy, I return to that presence and gratitude as a source of steadiness and peace.
