Background

I hold a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California (MG61324084), and I have several years of experience counseling adults, couples, and families. My integrative approach draws from humanistic, DBT, psychodynamic, and evidence-based couples therapies to support emotional regulation, communication, and resilience.

Outside the Office

As a first-generation Indian American, I know the experience of living between cultures and embracing both. I value growth through life’s challenges and create space for conversations around identity, healing, and life choices, including the decision not to parent.
