Meet the Therapist:
My Specialties & Background
My Work
My therapeutic work is grounded in a trauma-based relational approach. I believe that harm, growth, and change all occur in the context of relationships. While I primarily draw from a relational psychodynamic perspective, my approach remains flexible, incorporating elements from many therapeutic models.
Together, we will explore the people and relationships that have influenced your view of yourself and the world. We will also pay attention to both conscious and unconscious patterns that appear in our work together. My focus is long-term healing: helping you find tools for daily life while also uncovering the deeper roots of pain.
My hope is that through therapy, you will become more curious and gentle with your past and its impact on your present, extending that same compassion to all parts of yourself. It would be an honor to walk alongside you as you move toward greater awareness and peace.
My Belief
I believe that therapy is built on collaboration, honesty, and curiosity. Healing requires commitment from both therapist and client as we work toward a shared goal.
In each session, I pay attention not only to what is said but also to what remains unspoken. We bring our minds, bodies, and spirits into the room, and each deserves care and attention. My desire is to join you in this process—one that may be messy and difficult at times—so that through relationships with yourself, others, nature, and spirituality, you may find rest and renewal.
My Approach & Modalities

- Psychodynamic and depth-oriented work
- Attachment awareness
- Evidence-informed practices

My Self
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time at the pottery studio, caring for my 50 houseplants, traveling, and sharing quiet moments with my dog. Through tending to animals and plants, I’m reminded of the care and attention we all deserve. These small acts of nurture continue to teach me how to be kind, curious, and gentle with myself.
My Background
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State (LH61662084) and hold a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Seattle University.
I have over eight years of experience in social services and therapeutic work. My clinical internship was completed at Greenlake Wellness Group, where I worked primarily with adult women on topics including addiction, anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, queer issues, women’s issues, and spirituality. Before entering private practice, I spent five years providing mental health support to homeless young adults in crisis, including crisis de-escalation, short-term interventions, housing stabilization, and connection to long-term care.
I continue to pursue ongoing training and education to deepen my understanding and provide the highest level of care to my clients.
