Julia Jenkins

– Owner & Clinical Supervisor (LMHC, CSAT)

I’m a licensed therapist with nearly a decade of experience supporting individuals through some of life’s most painful and transformative seasons. Since 2015, my work has focused on helping people heal from betrayal trauma, impulse control and addiction challenges, and the lasting impact of growing up with narcissistic or emotionally immature parents.

I also specialize in women’s issues, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. My approach is compassionate, direct, and grounded in evidence-based care. I believe healing begins when we feel safe enough to be fully seen, supported, and empowered to reclaim our sense of self.

Whether you’re navigating the aftermath of betrayal, untangling complex family dynamics, or learning to trust yourself again, I offer a space for honest reflection, emotional clarity, and meaningful change. Together, we’ll work toward rebuilding your inner strength and rediscovering what peace feels like—both within yourself and in your relationships.
