Insurance and Billing

Greenlake Wellness Group is in-network with Premera, LifeWise, and Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) (including select out-of-state BCBS plans). We are not contracted with Regence.

Verify your benefits

If you have Premera, LifeWise, or out-of-state BCBS, please call the number on the back of your card to confirm eligibility, deductible, copay/coinsurance, and coverage details. We cannot verify benefits for you. Most calls take about 10 minutes. Once confirmed, we handle billing with your insurance.

Ask about the group, not your therapist

When you call, ask whether Greenlake Wellness Group is in-network for outpatient mental health. Do not ask using your therapist’s name, as it can cause confusion.

Questions to ask:

  • Is outpatient mental health covered at Greenlake Wellness Group? (We bill as a professional service, not a facility.)

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • What is my copay/coinsurance per visit?

  • What percentage is covered?

  • How many sessions are covered per year?

Couples, family, and group sessions

We cannot bill insurance for couples, family, or group therapy. These services are self-pay, and we cannot provide a superbill for reimbursement if you are in-network.

If a claim is denied

If your plan later denies sessions as out-of-network, you may be responsible for paying self-pay rates for services already provided.

Cancellation policy

Please provide 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule (unless your therapist has shared a different policy). Late cancellations or no-shows for in-network clients are charged an unbillable $185 fee to the card on file.
