My Work
I work with teens and adults who are navigating life’s inevitable changes. Whether that’s grief and loss, anxiety, burnout, or a general sense of being “stuck.” My role is to offer a safe and grounded space where you can slow down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin to feel more at home in yourself again.
My Belief
We all get stuck. Growth isn’t linear; it’s often messy, surprising, and brave. I believe therapy is a place to honor both the pain and the possibility of change, to integrate what has been and create space for what’s next.
My Background
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate with an MA in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology.
Before becoming a therapist, I served as an Associate Pastor for five years, where I witnessed how story, community, and belief shape our lives. I also facilitated grief and loss groups, which deepened my appreciation for the healing that happens when people are truly heard.
My Self
Creativity and connection keep me grounded. You’ll often find me knitting, running, or spending time in the community. I love engaging in practices that remind me to stay present and curious about the world around me.
