1. You see clients

Individual or couples sessions, in-person or via telehealth. Your schedule, your client mix.

2. We handle payments

We submit insurance claims, collect client payments, and manage all processing on your behalf.

3. Your session average is calculated

Every two weeks, we calculate your average weekly sessions across the pay period. This includes completed sessions as well as paid late cancellations and no-shows.

4. Your fee tier is applied

Your tier is based on your tenure with GWG and your session volume. The longer you’re with us and the more consistent your caseload, the higher your take-home percentage.

5. You get paid

Direct deposit, every two weeks, with a clear breakdown of your earnings.

How it works.

Earnings & compensation.

Transparent compensation that grows with you.

We start all new therapists at a 50/50 split of session fees. Your percentage of gross earnings increases over time based on your tenure with GWG and your average weekly session count.

By 24 months, therapists maintaining a caseload of 20 or more sessions per week keep up to 75% of gross earnings — with no billing, marketing, or admin costs on their end.

Example: A therapist in their second year averaging 20 sessions per week typically makes $9,000–$9,800 per month before taxes.

Session rates vary by client type:

  • Insurance clients (60 min): ~$130

  • Out-of-pocket individual (60 min): $185

  • Out-of-pocket couples (60 min): $200 | (75 min): $245

Who this works best for.

If you're newly licensed and figuring out how to build a caseload, GWG gives you a full infrastructure from day one — clients, billing, EHR, and admin support — without having to figure it all out alone.

If you're an experienced clinician tired of the operational weight of solo practice, we handle the parts that pull you away from your clinical work.

We work with therapists across Washington State, both fully remote and in-person from our Greenlake offices.

Greenlake Wellness Therapist

What our therapists say.

"Greenlake Wellness Group has been a highly supportive, caring, and well-organized team, and a significant light in my professional development. They handle onboarding, scheduling, billing, and insurance logistics seamlessly, allowing me to be fully present for my clients. Focusing on client concerns and welfare is my priority, and doing so without the burnout of running a business alone has been essential."

How therapists build a full caseload.

We bring the referrals. How quickly you grow depends on a few factors within your control. Therapists who fill their caseload fastest tend to share a few things in common:

Have some evening or weekend availability, when client demand is consistently the highest.

Support a variety of client types, especially early on, including teens, young adults, and couples.

Respond to new client inquiries quickly — ideally within the same business day.

You don’t need to do all of these things. But the more flexible you are in the early months, the faster you’ll move into higher earning tiers.

What we don't provide

We want to be straightforward about what’s included and what isn’t. Greenlake Wellness is a practice management partner, not an employer. We do not provide:

  • Clinical supervision

  • Continuing education (CEUs)

  • Health insurance or retirement benefits

  • Liability insurance

  • Bookkeeping or accounting services

  • Office equipment (computers, headphones, printers)

  • Ongoing scheduling for current clients

  • Tax preparation or business upkeep

You’re independent, but you’re not alone.

You’re an independent clinician managing your own practice. But you have colleagues who have been exactly where you are, and a team behind the scenes making sure the business side runs.
