Parenthood changes everything.

Support can make all the difference.

The transition into parenthood is one of the biggest emotional shifts a person can experience. Even when deeply wanted, pregnancy and parenting can surface stress, fear, grief, or old wounds in unexpected ways.

You may feel overwhelmed by constant responsibility, anxious about your baby’s wellbeing, disconnected from yourself or your partner, or burdened by guilt and pressure to do everything “right.”

These experiences are more common than many people realize. Therapy offers a place to slow down, process what’s happening, and reconnect with yourself in the middle of it.

What we
support

Our therapists support clients through a wide range of experiences, including postpartum depression and anxiety, pregnancy-related emotional distress, fertility challenges, miscarriage and pregnancy loss, birth trauma, parenting stress, and identity shifts that can come with becoming a parent.

We also work with clients navigating relationship changes, intrusive thoughts, overwhelm, and the emotional weight of trying to hold it all together.

Our approach.

Therapy that meets you where you are.

Perinatal mental health care is not about pushing through or trying harder. It’s about understanding what your mind and body are carrying and creating space for healing.

Our therapists use trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches that help you process difficult experiences, regulate your nervous system, and build a stronger sense of connection with yourself and others.

Whether your work involves understanding anxiety, processing trauma, navigating grief, or adjusting to the realities of parenting, therapy can help create steadiness in a season that often feels anything but steady.

Accessible support across Washington

Getting support during pregnancy or postpartum can feel hard enough. Finding time, childcare, or energy to leave the house can make it even harder.

That’s why we offer virtual therapy throughout Washington, giving you access to support from home, during nap time, or wherever life allows.

Your mental health matters, too.

So much care and attention go toward preparing for and caring for a child. You deserve care too.

Whether you’re preparing for parenthood, recovering from birth, grieving a loss, or adjusting to the demands of early parenting, therapy can help you feel more supported, more grounded, and more like yourself again.

You do not have to do this alone.
