Julia Jenkins, LMHC, CSAT

Founder, Greenlake Wellness Group

As a psychotherapist, a mother to a 5-year-old daughter, and a fierce advocate for women, Julia knows firsthand that motherhood is a journey you were never meant to walk alone. Her clinical expertise is rooted in embodiment, nervous system regulation, and self-compassion, helping women navigate the heavy mental load and the beautiful, messy process of rediscovering themselves. Because she is actively navigating this very season of raising a young daughter, she intimately understands the unique challenges, big feelings, and profound joys you are experiencing right now.

Julia’s professional knowledge is profoundly shaped by her own lived experience. As a widowed parent, she has intimately navigated the intertwined paths of grief, love, triggers, and repair. She knows that parenting is a space of stark contrasts, and she understands the unique weight of holding both the dark and the light while trying to show up for our kids. She views our parenting triggers and anxious moments not as failures, but as courageous invitations to heal old wounds and break generational patterns.

In this support group, Julia doesn’t expect you to have it all figured out, because she doesn’t, either. She is dedicated to holding a warm, welcoming space where you can be fully seen, heard, and held without judgment. Whether you are navigating co-regulation, setting boundaries, or simply need a circle of women who truly get it, Julia is here to guide the conversation and walk this journey right beside you.
