My Work
Feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed is part of being human — but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Therapy is an act of courage and self-growth, creating space to understand yourself and build more fulfilling relationships.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, patterns, and nervous system to uncover what’s holding you back and create lasting change. In a safe, supportive space, we’ll work toward healing that continues long after therapy ends.
My Belief
I believe we all have a wise, intuitive core self. Over time, life experiences and trauma can shape coping strategies that help us survive but may hold us back from truly living. In therapy, we’ll explore these patterns with compassion to uncover deeper healing and growth. My goal is to create a nonjudgmental space where you can strengthen your relationship with yourself and trust your own inner guidance.
My Background
I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist associate with an MS from Seattle Pacific University and a BA in psychology from Gonzaga University. I have experience working with couples, adults, teens, and children through my two-year internship at a group practice in North Bend, WA. I’m Level 2 trained in Lifespan Integration and Level 1 trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, with additional focus in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). My work is rooted in attachment theory and guided by an LGBTQ+-affirming, multicultural lens.
My Self
Born and raised in Washington, I now live in Seattle with my husband, dog (Mocha), and cat (Cheeto). I enjoy exploring local coffee shops, playing pickleball, and spending time with friends. Being a therapist feels like what I was always meant to do.
