My Beliefs
I approach my work through a social justice lens, meeting each client with openness, curiosity, and respect. I believe everyone has a unique story that shapes how they experience the world. My goal is to meet you where you are in that story and work collaboratively, using a person-centered approach that honors your lived experience and capacity for growth.
Background
I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in music from Central Connecticut State University and a master’s in counseling from Seattle University. With over a decade of experience in human services, my background includes case management and counseling across diverse communities in the Seattle area. I’ve supported individuals facing chronic homelessness, adults with developmental disabilities, women in street-based sex work, and young adults in transition. My counseling internship focused on eating disorder treatment. I am LGBTQ+ affirming, Health at Every Size (HAES) aligned, and committed to harm-reduction practices.
Outside the Office
Outside of work, I enjoy distance running and triathlons, rewatching The Office more times than I can count, and sharing my couch with a greyhound or two.
